You will, that nutrition plan isn’t a must. But it depends what those calories consist of. You have to eat healthy. I do random P90X videos every day, eat healthy, lots of exercise and take my supplements and I’ve had good results.

First off, congrats on wanting to get in shape! Without a whole lot of background on your goals and what you want to accomplish, I’ll try and answer the best I can.

The P90X nutrition guide is just that, a guide. It was put together by some of the best nutritionist in the field. I’m guessing that if you are wanting to stick with 1800-2000 calories a day that you are trying to lose some weight doing the program. Use the guide to get some ideas on what to eat. Or, you may just know what works best for your body. If you do, stick with that! Of course, if part of your 1800-2000 calories a day is soda, candy and doughnuts, then it might be a little more difficult. But if you are eating healthy you definitely should see results.

I hope that helps a little bit. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to email me and I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

    Good luck and Bring it!
