Question by izziownz: Whats a good nutrition bar to gain weight and add muscle ?
I am just returned from vacation and I’m very underweight in 5’8 and only 115 pounds in search of a good nutrition bar to eat that I can add a lot of carbohydrates and protein, so that I can win a lot of weight! Who know that good and affordable out there because ive never tried this before

Well to gain weight you need a complete nutrition and workout plan, eating protein bars alone will not increase your weight, the basic plan to gain weight is eating 5/6 meals daily , with 3 hours between them , working out to gain muscle and selecting the best meal to gain weight like Glazed pork chops or Teriyaki chicken , some meal will increase more weight than others.
