Ok, I’m a senior in high school, and we have to do a senior project .. Me and my friend doing it together and we make a cook book, and from a cooking class. But she and I are not sure what we should put nutrients in the cookbook. Does anyone have any ideas?

The most desired nutrition facts are listed first and foremost on any nutrition facts table on prepared foods. Check a food label for ideas.

Certainly calories, fat, carbs, protein… also sodium, fiber, and iron. Here is a good site where you can plug in yoru recipe and it calculates all that for you:

I would possibly look at putting info in as to protein rich foods or carb rich foods. I’m not a cook though but if I was in health training to slim down or maybe intolerant to some products I would look at this. Info on if the food is lactose free would be a good one!
