I look at nutritional everything I eat I have a great diet I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and about 1000 calories per day. when I click on Nutrition I look at total fat and calories, I’m missing and what the numbers should look at his?

fat from calories should be kept at 20 or under if you want to loose weight and have abs defenition!
other wise look at trans fat and sat fat total fat cal
also whats first on the ingredients list sugar is worst when its 1 2 or 3.
