You know, when it says, are like 5 grams of fat = 13% (or something like that) there anywhere I can find that online neutrition for all?

    The above website will help you. You should find the RDV for each vitamin, mineral, amount of fat, salt, protein, ect. The percentage of the daily value, of course, depends on the amount that your supposed to eat every day.
