There is a possibility of some growth from that, we know that not receiving the proper nutrition can prevent some growth in height and even growth in things like hair.
with a pretty healthy diet and no major illness or disease popping up…
you should be able to get another inch maybe two …. you still have a couple years of growing that can occur since males grow until they are around 18 ..so..
you could put on a couple more inches still
my guess is you will end up at 5’9 or 5’91/2
yeah there’s a solid chance. eat well exercise well
You have a very good chance of growing taller if you follow these rules:-
(1) Do not eat any sweet and fatty food such as fast food and drinks.
(2) Do not smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs.
(3) Go to bed early and get 8 hours sleep, every night.
(4) Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and whole grains and nuts.
(5) Get plenty but too much exercise and include some yoga and tai chi.
(6) Drink enough water, through the day but not late, to ensure that your urine is a light straw colour.
Nope. Unless you are extremely malnourished, only genetics control your final height.
