calorie king will give you nutritional info from certain ingredients
you would have to calcluate with that, and exact measurements of the food.

    it wont have your complete homemade meal listed, as you can put anything and everything in a meal, but it will definitely have the nutrition information for all the individual ingredients. they have the information for more foods than you could imagine, and the site lists nutrition facts for different serving sizes as well
