Question by : How should eggs be eaten for best nutrition gain, Raw, Boiled or Fried(omelet)?
I know some nutrition lost during cooking, so that I do not want to do that

All foods that are safe to be eaten raw are said to hold more nutritious quality than when cooked. Cooking burns of some of their national value.

    Boiled because you don’t want the safety risk of eating raw eggs. You could fry if you use a non-stick pan and no oils.

    Any way you want them is fine.They do not lose nutrition in cooking.I wouldn’t eat raw eggs unless they come from a local free range farm.

    I can’t answer this, when I was a kid, about 6 y/o, I got violently ill from eating eggs, and haven’t touched one since, that’s over 55 years ago.
